International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination country.
How long we keep data
We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (typically six years). Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to operate the site and complete checkout, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the page is used. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working.
