Your refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to explain why — a change of mind is enough.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support address from your order confirmation and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

When you will get your money back

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the funds.
