These terms form an agreement between you and G O CREATIVE CO ("we", "us"), the publisher of Breaking the Cycle by Goodwill Osabuase. By purchasing, downloading or continuing to use the ebook and this website, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to do so; if buying as an individual you confirm you are of legal age.
The product
Breaking the Cycle is a digital ebook of eight sessions, supplied with worksheets, a 21-day challenge and a declaration, delivered as an instant download. It is an educational self-development resource and does not replace professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
Your account and information
You must give accurate details at checkout and keep them up to date, and keep any download link or login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out using them.
Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the ebook for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits on the product.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website or the product, including by:
- using them for any unlawful purpose;
- fraud, spam or impersonation;
- infringing our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- interfering with security — introducing malware, probing, or scraping the site.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the ebook, worksheets, website, branding and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Service level
We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Payment, billing and refunds
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is set out in our Refund Policy.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the product.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the product or your breach of these terms.
General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
